Anxiety Techniques Workshop

A one-time interactive, virtual, workshop designed to teach LATINX adults learn about anxiety (introductory level) & practice skills that reduce anxiety in a group setting.
Understand what happens physiologically when anxiety comes up & how you can help your body. Create community in the group & obtain not only peer support but also tools to practice daily.

For Who: Anyone 18+ who truly wants to learn mindfulness, somatic and cognitive skills to reduce their anxiety. This group is most appropriate for individuals aware that they are living with anxiety & still have control of their anxiety. Contact me for questions.
Please note that this is NOT a good fit for people with social anxiety.
