Refund Policy

No refunds are permitted for online courses/webinars. Credit for a future course will be provided for online courses/webinars. Registrants who do not complete their course(s) will not receive a refund. Registrants who purchased the course but did not achieve a passing grade, will not receive a refund.

Requests for refunds for live events must be in writing and received before one week prior to the event. A $2 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellation of a paid event, through the cancellation deadline. There will be no refunds on requests received after one week prior to the event. Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to be issued. Provider will have discretion to issue refunds that do not comply with the policy.

Should provider be unable to present in case of an emergency, provider will provide full refund to all participants through a check in mail, Zelle, Paypal or Stripe and inform them of the cancellation through email and phone (if need be).

A $20 charge will be applied to credit card denials.
